Carolina Olympic Pool at the Polideportivo Sports Center in Carolina, is one of the major buildings of the facilities that incorporates the design of a removable roof panel for energy consumption efficiency.
Plaza Gautier Benítez was designed as an inner city shopping mall that consists of 2 stories of commercial facilities under a 3 story parking building with a capacity of approximately 300 motor vehicles. It is located at the heart of the city of Caguas commercial district.
This public parking is located behind the Bayamón City Hall. It is a 6 story concrete structure with a capacity in excess of 500 motor vehicles. It serves as the main public parking for the Bayamón City Hall.
San Juan Audiovisual Expo Center is a 250 person capacity OMNI MAX theater with a DIGISTAR Planetarium projection system. The structure is of a unique slanted dome configuration atop a 2 story public parking. In addition a star observatory with a high power video telescope will be included as part of the structure.
