The bridge over Río Grande de Loiza consists of a 500 feet span divided into four sections. This bridge connects Piñones Ward with the town of Loiza on the north coast of Puerto Rico.

The Improvement to Isla Grande Bulk Head Phase I, II and III consisted of the redesign of 4000 linear feet of Heavy Bulk Head and Loading Platform, including electric, storm, water and sanitary facilities in the northbound section of the Isla Grande Peninsula.

The expansion to the Santa Isabel Waste Water Treatment Plant was designed in two phases which permitted implementation without interruption of the existing plants operation. The first phase consisted of the expansion to the existing plant by 1.5 MGD, while the second phase consisted of a new treatment plant capable of 4.5 MGD. Both plants are designed to operate in conjunction.
